DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING
The most recent innovation in the t shirt printing industry is the capacity to print directly to the garment. Whilst there are limitations at this stage, and the process is slow and the inks are expensive, you can now have just one shirt printed in full colour. Or customize each shirt ! This was once a very expensive option. DTG (direct to garment) printers use inkjet technology combined with a chemical pretreatment to bond the image to the shirt. Danny Green was so impressed with his pre production sample recently that Red Hot produced the entire production run ( 650 units ! ) using our DTG HM-1 .
SCREENPRINTING
Red Hot Design began in 1987 with Red Hot T shirts in King St Perth. From humble beginnings we have grown to have one of the best equipped screen printing shops in Perth. With a complete in house graphic design and film output capability, together with our 14 colour automatic TAS printing press, we're capable of reproducing the most complex images onto all types of substrates. Designs that prove limiting to other screen printers due to the high number of colours can be reproduced at Red Hot with little difficulty. Combine that with our huge range of locally made and imported tshirts and you're going to get a great result every time. Here's a 9 col A2 size print on a black t shirt. Usually a print run of 500.
